This snack mix features an aromatic za’atar blend from Salfeet, Palestine, and a combination of our heirloom Gurbandi and Shakhurbai almonds. The result is a combination of crisp textures and nutty, fragrant spice notes. The lemon salt and sumac in the za’atar blend add a tart brightness.
This snack is wonderful paired with yogurt, cheese, and labneh, added to salads, enjoyed with cocktails, or simply savored by the handful.
