We collaborated with our friends at Librae Bakery to bring you one of the quintessential flavors of Bahraini cuisine, dried black lime, in a snackable mix perfect for summer entertaining! 

Inspired by Librae Bakery’s signature black lime Babka, this crunchy-chewy mix combines the best of Afghan fruits and nuts with the bold flavors of Bahraini cuisine. Black lime adds tang and balance to the sweetness of the sun-dried figs and wild mulberries. While complementing the earthy notes of the almonds and sweet apricot kernels, a sprinkling of chili and salt adds depth and a touch of heat.
